“Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.” VIKTOR FRANKL, MAN’S SEARCH FOR MEANING , (1946 )

Juliette has trained as an Integrative Psychotherapist, combining a number of psychotherapeutic methods to tailor her approach to each individual client.
Juliette has extensively incorporated narrative therapy (telling the personal story) and Viktor Frankl’s logotherapy (the search for meaning in the story) to aid clients to find a new, healing perspective in life.

Juliette’s approach has been heavily influenced by the work of Viktor Frankl, a survivor of four Nazi concentration camps, in his writings about finding meaning through his experience of suffering. Juliette recommends Frankl’s book ‘Man’s Search For Meaning’ to all her clients.
